Cancellation Policy

1. No Refunds All payments are final. Tickets, passes, and bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. 2. Liability Waiver Organizers, instructors, and the venue are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may occur during or after the event. 3. Participant Responsibility You participate at your own risk. Please listen to your body, work within your limits, and follow instructors’ guidance. 4. Health & Fitness By attending, you confirm that you are physically able to participate in dance activities and have no medical conditions that would prevent you from doing so. 5. Timeliness Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be allowed to join the class and no refunds will be provided. 6. Code of Conduct Respect instructors, staff, and other participants. Any form of harassment, aggression, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal without refund. 7. Media Consent By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed. Content may be used for promotional purposes by the organizers. 8. Personal Belongings Organizers and the venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. 9. Schedule Changes Organizers reserve the right to change the schedule, instructors, or program if necessary. No refunds will be issued in case of such adjustments. 10. Safety & Venue Rules Please follow all venue rules, including proper use of equipment and footwear. Unsafe behavior may lead to removal from the event.
